FORK SPRING FOR THE K-TECH FORK SPRING KIT (SHOWA SFF AIR 49)

The K-TECH fork springs have been specially developed for tough off-road use. They are manufactured in accordance with DIN quality 1 and ISO 9000/2000 and are subject to continuous quality control.

Features:

• Made from high-quality chrome-silicon spring steel
• Both ends ground
• Heat-treated and
• Preset (-> minimum setting losses)
• Surface hardened (shot peened)
• Very high block resistance
• Very low lateral forces with ideal positioning of the force axis relative to the spring axis
• Plane parallelism and exact position of the spring ends in relation to each other under loaded and unloaded conditions
• Very small tolerances: Inner diameter di 0.25 %, spring rate C 2.5 %
• Printed with type, spring rate, length and date of manufacture
